Worst experience I’ve ever had. We were so excited to move in and to start moving in to find out the apartment had no ac AND THEY DIDNT FIX IT FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND A HALF! Then we wanted to shower after a long day of moving and the water was off. Then after that we started to deeply analyze our whole apartment and I can’t believe we chose these apartments. We paid close to $3000 to move in to this nasty apartment. Dead bugs everywhere messed up floor. I have all the pictures. They are infested with spiders my poor 4 yr old got bit on the head and my husband bit twice on his leg. It’s ridiculous here. It’s like if They just through us in this apartment and said we will fix everything later. At that we’ve already had 2 leaks to where the back of my fridges wall had mold. I HATE IT HERE. But what can we do but wait till our lease is up. I cry every night because I feel so dumb. Please if you have a family look everywhere else before you...

I was losing hope in finding a new place to call home . And I was slowly giving up . But I came to these appointments Sierra Royale . And I spoke to two lady’s their names Ashley and randy . And they did everything in their skill and hearts to get me a place I can call home . And they didn’t give up . They were patient with me . Helped me with the paper work . With things I didn’t understand . Due to my disability. Never met no one so Into they job . They love . They put the right people to fill in that part. I DONT think i can see no one else filling in that spot . Respectful and motivated. I feel that people that live here need to understand that patience it’s everything and they are doing everything they can to make everybody happy . I stopped by to look at a 3 bedroom apt for me and my kids. Only the manager Randy was in office, she was very knowledgeable and all of my questions were answered! she was super friendly and sweet. I filled out the application in the office area and she helped me print out items I needed! I cannot wait to move into the beautiful home she showed me. Thank you Randy! UPDATE: we are up for renewal and the answer is 100% YES we are so happy and comfortable here. my kids love it, the bus drops my kids off right in front of the community Randi always greets them and seems like she always has some snacks for the kids, they adore her and so do we.
