What an awesome store this is. The employees are always so professional, friendly, and helpful. I had the pleasure working with Aleph and Hailey in my most recent visit. They both went above and beyond in not only in store, but over the phone as well before going in. I had a lot of questions since I was trading in my ps5 for a new one. I was really worried about the process and losing my saved data. They walked me through everything and gave me that reassurance I needed while also being extremely friendly about it. Not once did I catch any type of tone in their voice where they seemed annoyed with me, despite me taking up a lot of their time with questions. Recommend this store 1000 times and I highly recommend to the higher ups to ensure to keep Aleph and Hailey as employees there because they really are great and truly care about your store....
Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with customer service. The manager was both useless and did not care about helping a customer. My xbox live card would not work so I called them up to find out why. The guy just insisted on telling me over and over that they can't do returns on them after 60 days even though I did not want a return I just wanted my live back up and running. He continuously argued with me over the phone that he could not do anything for me. I then immediately called the store in somersworth. The manager there, Seamus, was beyond helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and within 20 minutes, my problem was resolved and I was back to gaming. Read moreMy husband and I stopped by GameStop in hopes of buying another Xbox controller. Unfortunately, we were verbally assaulted by the man working on the evening of 9/8. A note on the door said closing at 6 for lunch, and it was 5:55. We were truly hoping to pop in, we knew exactly what we wanted, pay and leave. He yelled at us that he was closed and to get out. I said “okay, we will leave and go somewhere else” and walked out and got in our car. The man then ran at us and yelled (while we were in our car preparing to drive away) and said that we can’t tell him to leave his own store (makes no sense, at all) locked the door and pulled all the shades.
