Absolutely abysmal evening.
We came in at 6:15 and sat about 3 minutes later. We were told by the host that our waitress would be with us in a few minutes. The host took our beverage order can had drinks in front of us in about third seconds. We also gave her an app order which was in front of us in about 5 minutes. The service up to this point was fine.
When our waitress did come by, she completely ignored us and went to the next two tables that sat after us, and began serving them. She walked past us probably four or five times until, eventually, another staff member came over and took our order. I had to repeat myself six times and the response was a deadpan “okay” and she walked away.
No introduction. No how was the app? No offer to refill our beverages. Nothing.
From this moment on, we waited just over 35 minutes to receive one, luke-warm correct order, and one cold wrong order. When we explained to the girl that we received a wrong order, we got another deadpan “Okay”, and she walked away with the plate.
Again, we sat waiting for someone to do something and eventually we flagged down another server who was willing to give us 30 seconds of attention and help figure this out. She immediately introduced herself, heard out our concern, and had her manager come over to help make it right.
The gentleman who came over also heard us out, apologized, and said that he’d go into the kitchen and check on the order. He came back with her corrected order. At this point, my food was cold (didn’t want to eat while my spouse was waiting), but her food came out hot and correct this time. She was happy and he was incredibly apologetic.
The manager did help us out on the bill. The waitress to stopped to help us is named Jada. Both the Manager and Jada were very kind and both worked to resolve the issues with our service.
We never did meet our original waitress/person assigned to the section, but she did walk by us and treat every guest around us in the section with our issue. From the outside looking in, she seemed to be great at her job. I wonder why we were excluded?
To the young woman who did serve us, I am sorry if my wife and I were rude in anyway to you, but I sincerely think that we were kind and professional when you first came over and started to take care of our table.
Maybe this wasn’t a good night?
Maybe food service isn’t right for you?
Either way, I think that you should be removed from the floor and/or retrained completely.
To Buffalo Wild Wings corporate I’ll say that we rarely come to you, and when we do, it’s a treat because we want to spoil ourselves with wings, booze, and your the other offerings. But tonight was definitely a let down and has me reconsidering this location for future visits.

I explained to the staff at the front about a 5$ off 20 or more spent, he then proceeded to tell me to let a manager know when we are done eating and he won’t be here, I was here with my fiancée for dine in we were then brought to a dirty table and had to wait for the server to clean it, there were plenty other areas we could have been seated. Me and my fiancee ordered drinks I got a Mountain Dew and tasted like straight chemicals, her soda was fine she got a Pepsi. I then ordered two appetizers the ultimate nacho which you can see as pictures was not portioned properly and the chicken mind as well never have boon cooked, way to many chips not enough toppings. The rest of our food was fine, except the beer pub cheese was like water and the everything pretzels were not warmed up or anything ,everything else was fine.. I couldn’t eat after that , I had a manager come over , her name was summer who was very helpful and offered to remake the nachos and help resolve a lot of the issue, can’t promise I’ll return here but atleast ended on an okay note my rating could have been better but at the experience I give it 3* thank you summer! Also my fiance was give a free peice of cheese cake for her birthday. I also posted pictures of the before and after nachos and the rest of the food. Read moreGot super excited because on a friday night at 9:30 bww wasn't packed...except it took 20 mins to get drinks, another almost 20 mins before our waitress even came back after dropping the drinks off to take our food order, an hour for our food to get to the table just to be cold and wrong, forever for her to come back to even tell her it was wrong cause she couldn't get away from the table fast enough, ordered another drink at the time of the food correction, just to end up at 11pm with STILL not even the right made food and finally the second drink which by that time I just wanted boxes and to go. Thanks for taking $15 off the bill, but it absolutely was not just the "kitchen taking forever". If more tables were occupied I could totally understand the wait times and such, I'm the first person to give benefit of the doubt...but the waitress flat out dissapeared multiple times, no where to be seen. Plenty of other staff, I didnt expect any of them to take over another's table, but it's not even like staffing was an issue or again, I'd be the first to give the benefit of the doubt.
