Rochester Crossing — Local services in Rochester

Well unfortunately I asked for no cheese AMD got cheese... my husband asked for cheese and it was a not very hot burger with cheese so no melted cheese like mine...(who didnt want cheess... I would have at least been able to rip it off but couldn't) he also asked for potatoe wedges and got fries... she took his plate and she came back in like 10 seconds.... now had wedges.... at least the chicken wings were good... and I asked for those to be cooked a little longer to be crispy and they were 😊 the staff was friendly... but not very good with customer service or making sure my Burger was fixed up.... I told her to not worry about it so I guess she was doing what I said... so it is what it is.... well overall the wings were great so it wasn't...

A widely varied plaza primarily consisting of major retailers. I would consider it to be on the newer side as far as construction is concerned; it's pretty well laid out and seems well kept with plenty of parking. I really like it, there's a little of everything- you can run your errands and then sit down and eat in a restaurant. The only thing missing is a grocery store, and a movie theater would be a great addition.

Some stores are less common than others in terms of prevalence while the rest are pretty typical. It's very accessible being right off exit 13 of Rt. 16. However, it's a funny surprise from the other end , seemingly out of no where there's a Kohls, BWW, IHOP, Pet Smart,...

I went in here for Dollar Tree. I didn't find what I was looking for. I'm not surprised, but it was close to where I was.

I go into these stores a few times a month, but certainly not as much since prices were raised, and selections and available products in store has gone way down. The pandemic is over. Get it together, and stock your shelves.
