Justin Frasz is incredibly dedicated and takes his job seriously, which we experienced firsthand as he went above and beyond to help us find the right home. He showed us countless houses, driving hundreds of miles to ensure we found the perfect fit. I highly do not recommend Athieei Lam as a realtor. She represented the buyers in my home deal and, similar to another review, failed to meet deadlines, pushing the closing back twice. This caused the first-time homebuyers to miss two closing deadlines. Her tactics are very much like those of a used car salesman. She delivered the inspection report just four hours before the deadline, forcing us to decide under duress whether to make the necessary repairs on the home or risk the deal falling through.
