Tried using the drive through to minimize exposure, had a few sandwiches to order so we expected it to take a little while. The women helping started off very nice but after the second sandwich started to get rude. It was hard to understand what she was saying (I understand it was probably because of mask wearing) so we asked if it would be easier if wr come into the store and finish our order. She sounded very annoyed and insisted she could do the orders over the speaker. Instead of doing one sandwich at a time she went back and fourth, which I understand, but it began to get really confusing what she was asking and she kept having an attitude and being rude.The sandwiches toppings all got messed up and placed on the wrong sandwichs because of the confusion. We were trying to order our food and my husband was speaking loud enough and this lady was not listening. Because we have multiple kids, we always let them know how many subs we will have and that they will almost be the same, bread, meat and cheese, exception of veggies. (Just to be courteous) She said then stops him and asks “what bread?” My husband “I said white”, she came back with “no you did not, even though she just got done arguing with him when he explained that they will almost be the same. She was arguing “almost” is not the same. Yes that’s true but the amount of rude in her attitude was disgusting. She completely lacked customer service and listening skills. Read moreI’ve had good experiences going to this one when I’ve gone inside to order but decided to go through drive this time, the lady told me it would be a couple minutes which I was cool with. After 5 minutes I said “hello” just to see if they had forgotten me, no answer, so I waited a couple more and got another silent response. 10 minutes waiting as first in line at a dive thru is crazy and I ended up leaving cause I still wasn’t even getting a “thanks for being so patient, we’re sorry blah blah blah”.
