I was seen twice within a week, both times told it was viral so they told me all sorts of over the counter remedies, the first time my asthma was the issue so I got steroidal inhaler, and nebulizer treatments! This time I went in from the same cold with a sinus infection and an ear infection, the doctor told me again it was viral.... How the hell can you tell that it's viral just by looking at me? We argued around and round about how I get an ear infection every time I get a cold since I was a child, again and again was told it was viral and that they have learned a lot in the last few years. I'm guessing that I don't know my own body, that I have lived in for 41 years and I don't know what fixes my ear infections.... Finally she prescribed me some ear drops with antibiotics... She prescribed me prednisone and Zithromax for a respiratory infection and a prescription for a couple of my inhalers to hold me over until I could...

It directs you to talk to the receptionist...its a closest with two locked doors...and NO receptionist. It says "do not knock on door we are with patients. We monitor with cameras and will attends to you as soon as possible" no one checks on you. And they have No phone number to call to talk to anyone. I am switching over the the neighboring hospital. This is just so inconvenient and actually just kind of takes the human and compassion out of the care. If I could give it a negative...
