Nearly New Town — Local services in Rock Valley

I have always liked this store since we moved here but a month or 2 ago, I took a couple of totes over and left them for consignment. I went through them because the times before they hadn't taken much. I asked them why they didn't and they said it was older items or just not stuff they were looking for. So this time when I took stuff, I went through everything to make sure that it wasn't old or too worn. I didn't take a ton of stuff because I didn't have much. Inside were several pairs of name brand pants, a black pair of Ugg boots, as well as 3 other pairs of boots. Only one had been worn but I bought them in 3 colors and they hurt my feet. When I went shopping on Saturday, I asked if there was a credit on my account. There was but it was between $20-$30. It's my fault I just dropped the stuff off and didn't ask for any items back but I knew they were good items. Maybe my stuff wasn't what they were looking for but I was surprised to think that brand new boots and a pair of Uggs weren't sold. I messaged the store and I am hoping to hear back from them. Clothing ok, prices fair, but service was terrible. Not polite, and what is up with "no public bathrooms" throughout the whole town???? All the consignment shops send you to either the LIbrary or the police station for a bathroom!!! Walking in the cold or rain, not cool, when they have bathrooms, but for employees only. I mean, really, the customers are there to have their money taken, but not good enough to use the bathrooms??? If you do go to shop the consignments, stop at the gas station on the edge of town first. Will be looking in Sioux Falls rather than driving out of town to be treated...

Pretty nice place, even if a little crowded in-between the racks. At least less expensive than the other place we went in town that REALLY loves their USED items!! I had heard so many good things about shops in a Rock Valley, but the prices were higher than most I usually go to, and some at the store down the street are marked at what the shirt would be retail! Was quite a shock! This place was a little more reasonable, but again, with so many in the store this day, there was not much room to look at closely...
