Las Penas — Restaurant in Rock Valley

Not a great menu for English speakers although they did list what was in the dish in english but mostly the menu was spanish. Went in with 5 adults and one child. No tables were really big enough to seat us. We had to pull up chairs around a 4 seater booth that was not accessible on both sides. No highchairs or boosters for children. Salsa was very thin and runny. Refried beans were cold. My pork quesadilla came with very little pork, although the parts with the pork were good. All plates came out one by one. By the time the last dish came out, i was halfway done with my meal. Had i waited for everyone to be served, all of my food would have been cold. The service was not great. Absolutely love their steak burritos and steak tacos . Hands down the best Mexican food in Rock valley or anywhere within 50 miles. The service is awesome and the girl that takes my order and gives me my food when I go in,is very sweet and has a beautiful voice with a sexy accent . Love love love...
