II was very disappointed by the flower arrangement that Something Special delivered for my father's funeral. The white roses had brown edges and were past their prime. I immediately took a photo so I could show what the arrangement looked like to Something Special. When I showed the photo to the two women working in the store, they denied that the roses were brown and wilted when delivered. I asked for a half refund, but they only gave me $5.00. It was very depressing to receive half dead flowers at my father's funeral, but even more depressing to see the irresponsibility and lack of customer care by Something Special. Do not buy flower arrangements...
