What a wonderful experience. We do not have stores like this where we are from. The store was very neat and clean. (Super organized) We needed a rental while visiting the area. We could tell that our rental was very clean. Thank you "Laurie" for your great customer service. Laurie was so pleasant and helpful and showed us exactly where we should be looking within the store for the proper sizes for our children. The employees were rude to the core I use to donate there but not anymore. The one time I go in in an emergency for my gr son needed a pack n play n they wouldn't give me a discount and I have an account there under my husband's name and they refused to help my gr son never ever again. We have donated beautiful brand new baby furniture there too and that's the pay forward I get, well now I donate to a great place....

I was spoken to in a very rude manner. I simply asked if everything that came in had to be in totes. ( I don’t frequently take things in.) The response was “if I had an acct I would know that yes it is”. I was last in there right after COVID so I thought it was related to that. I felt she was short with me and it was not necessary.
