Do not trust the reviews for this place. I ordered 2 head gaskets for 2 riding mowers that have the same engine (both have blown head gaskets). This was one of the only online stores that "had them in stock and shipped worldwide. (I live in Finland and could not find the gaskets in stock anywhere in Europe) Unfortunately I didn't do my due diligence as far as checking feedback for this store prior to ordering and am now paying the price. I ordered and paid on the 9th of August, the site said "in stock and ships in 1 - 2 days". The order was fake shipped on 15 August (first red flag), it was supposedly shipped via First Class Mail International Package (ie. USPS) but supposedly was sent with DHL (2nd red flag). Tracking actually started showing it moving on 19 August first to California then to Illinois and current shows "ARRIVAL IN COUNTRY [TRANSIT COUNTRY]" since 29 August. It has now been 20 "working days" since the order (29 days in total at the moment) to send an item that would definately fit in an envelope to Europe. It still has not actually arrived in Finland. I can only say to anyone thinking of ordering from here SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER ELSEWHERE! If you check online reviews that this company can't physically control, you will find literally THOUSANDS of very poor reviews, something I unfortunately didn't do myself until after I had actually ordered. If the gaskets actually arrive at some point I'll update this review to reflect that, but the rating won't change. Terrible experience. UPDATE: It is now 12 September and still no gaskets. This is not surprising to me, since as stated before a ton of reviews said the same thing of either incredibly long shipping times or not received at all. In my case they first refunded the shipping fee without having to ask, and I just received a notification they will be refunding me in full "as a courtesy". Read moreAbout 4 years ago my 20 year old vacuum was breaking down in places. I decided to buy a new one and went top of the line Kenmore, which is made by Panasonic, as was my old one. Well the new vac didn't even go 1 year and the neck part where the attachments connect snapped in 1/2. This made my $500 vac useless. Sadly I had the thing already 4 years but kept using the old one as it still worked. Warranty was long gone. I decided to search for the part online and to my luck I found it at Parts Warehouse for $54. Total with tax and shipping came to $75. Well I wasn't happy about having to spend the money but I was very happy to be able to get the part and fix it myself. It wasn't easy because there were 3 electrical connections and some wiring, and about 10 screws to replace the part. But now my "new" vac is back in action. I'm so grateful for Parts Warehouse having the part so I could fix it and keep my place relatively clean. I'm not a neat freak but dust and dirt affect my health so I need a good vacuum to really get things clean. My old vac worked great but there are a few things going on it and once they do it's not going to be worth fixing. The part I needed came in about a week and worked great. Lucky I had done electronic repairs for about 8 years in the 1980s so it wasn't too difficult to fix. Read moreCalled to order a dryer drum for a cloths dryer… the shipping for the part was $80 even though it was bulky but less than 10 pounds… and they no longer had the option for pick up at the warehouse, which is less than a mile from my house. Salesman on the phone verified it was in stock in the warehouse next to my house but said since Covid they all work from home now and they closed their pick up desk permanently.
So, I pay $80 for shipping 3-7 days economy for less than a mile of travel. Not thrilled. I get the tracking info showing the part is coming from across the country, not from the warehouse where it’s in stock, one mile from my house.
Fast forward 6 days later, the day tracking said it should arrive, and Fedex Freight says they can’t deliver it until Friday, because my contact information wasn’t shared with them from Parts Warehouse to arrange a delivery.
Seems like things are a little illogical and disorganized, either with them or their shippers, at Parts Warehouse.
So silly.
10/20 update: the dryer drum arrived but the box was mashed on one side and the drum dented with the rim pushed 1/2 inch in on one side… donuts warped and won’t seat.
