Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Rockwall

I ordered food from the app and when I went to pick it up a rude lady told me they didn't have it and to wait to see if it would go through to their system. I waited and she said it went through and showed up but said it was delayed for some reason. A couple minutes later she tells me that my order disappeared and that I would need to reorder and pay again. When I looked at my bank they had already charged my card and I told her that but she still wouldn't give me my food. She told me to call the number on the app for a refund so I did and they were so nice and gave me my money back. They said they saw the charge and I told her that but she still would not give me my food. Horrible service. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to ever use their app. The woman who "helped" me was horrible and rude and had an attitude the whole time. After she took the food out of my hands she went inside the kitchen and started yelling and pointing at me to her colleagues. The food was good but the order was wrong. When I was checking my order I asked the girl to wait. She told me they could fix it but didn't want other food to get cold so told her don't worry about it. In the middle of that the Manager (Laurie??) Opened the door & yelled at the girl helping me that she had orders to deliver. I asked to speak to the Manager, she came out in a hurry to get away, I tried to explain, she was not so nice, I told her I had a problem with her attitude, she told me not to tell her how to do her job. We have lived by this Sonic for 14+ years & had some problems before, didn't go back much, then tried it again recently so thought would try again. Will not make that mistake again. Don't like to do this type of review but am retired Customer service person & she did not handle this well... hope your experience will be better than mine... she did tell me to have a nice day - but sure she didn't mean it by her ton... I just hope the young girl who was trying to help me didn't get...

When I pulled into the parking space and hit the red button to place my order I was greeted by someone who made Droopy the dog seem like the happiest dog in the universe. I placed my order 2 medium cokes, a large Dr.Pepper and a large Dr.Pepper with blue raspberry, chili fries and 3 corndogs (I was ordering for my family as well as me). So I waited...I believe 15 or 20 minutes...I actually don't recall. Anyway so my order comes out and I forgot to ask for a cup holder, the girl who brought out my order told me to take my drinks and food first so she could go get it (in a rude manner) and a former employee from sonic told me that she was supposed to go back inside to get the cup holder before she handed it to me. So I took my stuff and went home...things got worse. My mother's coke turned out to be a diet coke.
