Subway — Restaurant in Rockwall

Horrible!!! We went there tonight and with all this COVID going on, we chose to wear our masks in the store. We walk in and both employees didn’t have a mask. I made a comment not directly to the employee but to my boyfriend and said oh i guess we don’t have to wear a mask. One of the employees said excuse me I was on my break that’s why I Don’t have my mask on. I looked At her and said is the one making my sandwich on break too? I told My bf I wasnt Even saying it to her but to him that it must not have been endotoxins wear one in the store was all I meant. No need to make a comment. She was very rude. We will never be back! Wow, has this place has really gone down. Out of key ingredients and slow staff. I understand that supplies are hats to come by but this store's been like a ghost town and the ingredients that are constantly out are ones that they would have to discard at the end of the day. So instead of figuring out how much to prep for a slower day, they just don't supply it and say they're out. We went there in the early afternoon, not an hour befits closing. They shouldn't have been out. If you like a variety of their sandwiches and aren't going in with your order ready in your head, you'll be fine. Kaylee, Branden, and Beth the manager made sure that my girlfriend's phone was safe and secured after she left it in the bathroom on the day of the eclipse. After all the excitement, of course she left it behind lol. We were able to get it the next evening, even after Subway closed because they left it with the very nice lady, whose name I forgot unfortunately, who works the counter at the Shell station. We appreciate you guys....
