Dreadful. If you’re looking for a job, honestly try production … other than that do not apply for the warehouse. Management doesn’t know how to manage. If you like to get harassed you might like meeting/working with Alfredo Zapata the senior supervisor. Working for shipping has been the worst place I have ever worked in. He can harass woman and HR won’t do anything about it. But if you miss a couple days, oh they’ll fire you on sight. It’s not professional, it’s not a good work environment. This place taught me it’s not what YOU KNOW, or HOW MUCH WORK and DEDICATION you put in your work.. it’s all about WHO YOU KNOW. You have a whole shipping supervisor that can’t email write an email because they can’t SPELL. It’s a joke honestly and I’m glad I didn’t stay there long. There’s better jobs out there. Even for the customers that have ordered they are always upset because either something is damaged, or it’s the wrong product. Don’t waste your money or time here.. I do not have a place to live and Karat by Lollicup has made it to where I'm not able to earn any money with the app i was working through because they would not give me a clock-in code. I could have clocked in and clocked right back out but they made it look like i never showed or i just cancelled completely when i did nither. I would have given 0 stars but Google doesn't have that option. These people are messing with my social well being.
