UPDATED REVIEW: Id like to give a 5 star (or more) review for the people at Rockwood Flower Shop. I see I already reviewed them a year ago but feel the need to update this review because they again went over and above normal customer service to help me AND they didn’t even make a sale of any kind. They were not able to help me with something I needed but were able to give a place that could help. Which the place she recommended did help with what I needed. That’s selfless customer service which is why I will always go to their shop first!!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM A YEAR AGO: Was shopping online for some Valentines days flowers. Every online retailer advertised a low price but then hit your with $20 to $40 in hidden cost when you get to the check out. Most were delivery fees ranging from $20 to $30 plus handling fees. I was disappointment. I googled florist near me hoping if I went in I would get a more reasonable deal. Found this place. Great prices and when I asked about delivery she said sure delivery is $8! WOW! I will be buying all my flowers here...

Worst experience EVER! I purchased flowers for my father's funeral. When I went to pick up the flowers, the colors were not what I had expected. I asked the worker about it, the she said that is what I had ordered. It wasn't what she said, but how she said it in an incredibly rude manner. I said that was fine, and I would take the flowers. I paid for my purchase. Then she followed me around the counter as I walked out the door, and she loudly said, "Have a NICE DAY!" I was in total shock that someone could be so cruel to another human being on such an awful day. I will never purchase from this flower shop again.

Update: I read your reply, and I did ask that the flowers not be sprayed because I was worried about the shade they would turn out to be. The color of the flowers are not the reason I wrote this review. The flowers worked well enough. I wrote this review because of the way I was treated. I am sorry for the losses in your family and the difficult times you are...

I was really disappointed in the funeral arrangement I got from this place. We paid $170.00 and it sure did not look like $170.00 worth. I took a picture of it and showed people, I asked them how much do you think we paid for it. They all said about $70 to $80. Now when my husband went and ordered them you, you the owner told him you did not have a vase large enough for $170.00. So we thought you would put it on a stand. But guess YOU put it in a small vase. So we feel we got ripped off. I’m telling all my friends how we ripped us off. There were several people that attended this funeral and they could not believe how much we paid for that arrangement. And you know who we are. And you know the $70 arrangement you sent to the funeral home. You probably lost a lot of customers. And if you have anything yo say to me you know how to contact me.
