I would love to give a ZERO. We had been patients for 2 years, started with normal annual checkup and cleanings. Slowly doctors started complaining about cavities and started treatments with Dr. Socia. Staff always insisted to pay due amount up front on the date of treatment, they don’t even wait for insurance settlement and sending the bill. Had a filling and suddenly few weeks later same tooth got broke and doctor suggested for replacing with ivory. They did not even consider to say a courtesy ‘SORRY’ for their inefficient treatment, due to which tooth got broken (it got split in to 4 pieces). This time also, as usual they collected the payment upfront. Couple of months later, got a pending bill for $119, which I don’t want to pay as they had collected everything upfront and if they are not sure of exact amount, they could have waited until insurance settlement. Or, As it was their mistake, they should have taken some responsibility and learned to be careful while treating patients. If they had some humanity they would have at least said a ‘sorry’ and covered all the cost as it was their mistake. Now team started behaving rude and talking in such away that am at fault just for $119. My mistake was paying all money upfront during the visit. If the staff was inefficient in calculating the dues they could have waited until insurance settlement. Should have complained to insurance, which I did not do. Planning to proceed legally now.

I had a sensitive upper molar. I was pretty anxious. But the dental assistants are amazing at distracting you e conversation and Dr. Briese made sure I was comfortable and I had a crown in an hour. That was 12 hours ago and oh my goodness. I don’t think I will even need a bite adjustment! I had used this office in 2004/05 when another dentist (Andrew Baxter) did a root canal through the front root of a crown bridge crown to save me money. Also today. I asked dr Briese about a crown that has the porcelain broken off but metal is showing if we should do that before it hurts? He is so honest and his integrity impressed me. He could have told me yes! Let’s do it! Cha Ching! But he told me it was still doing its job and since it’s Never tender or sensitive let’s leave it alone. It blows me away that another dentist had $2500 worth of work (my cost after insurance) he said I needed.It is so refreshing to have a no pressure dentist. Dr Briese pretty much leaves the decisions up to you!

Another thing I want to mention about this office. Whether you are mask or no mask… one of the front office staff had traveled across time zones etc over the wkend so was wearing a mask to protect her patients just in case. That is above and beyond I think but also responsible and considerate. I think that’s how this office runs. So I am a patient for life. Thank you everyone for making my first procedure in many, many years was an amazingly peaceful experience… oh. I didn’t I mention they use nitrous if you request it? When words aren't enough!! Life happens to us all. I had gone to several other dentists only to be devastated by cost and possibility of dentures. Qoutes from $10,000-$40,000. Not some Hollywood bright white, just me, naturally. I am able to smile and laugh which has lightened my spirit. The final visit was with Miss Tammy and what a sweet soul she is!!
