Food is okay but very expensive for rice and chicken plates. The thing I hated the most was the service, first, their place is always empty and you try to give them some business and they treat you like you’re nothing. They careless about customer service! I won’t come back and don’t recommend it. Now I understand why they’re always empty.
I will be glad to do that! Last Sunday I invited three families to come eat with us at your restaurant. It was closed to us, we like the food even though is a little more expensive than others places but I believe in supporting small businesses.
So the first two families went in before me and they were sat on a table and took their orders. They were 6 people total. I came in after them with ten people which is the limit and just asked if we can sit in another table together or at least in two tables close to each other so we can interact. Long story short the girl was very rude, told Us that she couldn’t help, I tried to work with her and give her some options and she just didn’t Want to help us. She didn’t care about even try finding a way to give us a service. And on top of that right after us, came a big group also with 8 adults, we were only 6 adults And she abruptly put them in front us and gave them our table. I personally came to your business many times, invited a bunch of friends to come try it and I was disgusted by the way we were treated. She literally embarrassed our family in front of families I invited there. We are sadly not...
Read moreThis is one of the best restaurant experience I had in NWA with in last 6 years. Let's first talk about food, I went there for pupusas and they were awesome. Many popular choices of filling were available. My wife and kid are vegetarian, so we ordered Loroca and Calabasas pupusas for all of us. My son ordererd potato empanadas. I got beans and pork pupusa. My wife ordered chille rellano. Everything was awesome, pupusas especially were very tasty, I wish I could eat more of them but they are so filling that 1 or 2 is enough.
For my indian friends out there, if you ever wondered how corn flour paranthas would be, try pupusas, I bet you will like it better than paranthas.
The decor is very simple and clean, there is a big bar that I will try sometime in next visit.
The high light of our visit was the fresh juice and horchata. They were really good, and she gave us samples before we could choose...
Read moreFirst time here, you almost need to know where it is if you are going to find it. It is off Walnut, hidden between a few other businesses. This is a very well decorated and clean restaurant. I was a little surprised as there was only one other table with people there at 6:00pm on a Friday. A server met me promptly and was very kind walking me through the menu and letting me sample their punches. I chose the Tamarind and it was very good. I had the flank steak with sausage and 2 Pupusas. The steak was seasoned very well and cooked perfectly but the sausage was even better. The Pupusa were very good as well. Service was excellent and the price was very...
