I recommend that you AVOID doing business with these people. I had placed a few bids in an online auction. When the auction was winding down, I got many notifications that I had been outbid on various things, but did NOT receive any notification that I had won anything, even after visiting the auction website to see if I had missed anything. Two weeks later, after seeing my credit card statement, I found a charge that I didn't recognize. I called the number and found that I had indeed won one item. Travis is the guy I talked to, but I felt he bordered on the rude side. He told me to"Google" their location to see where to pick up the item. On the third business day after that, I drove up there to pick up my item, only to be told that they didn't have it anymore, that they only hold things for about 10 days. At the 10 day mark I didn't know that I had won the item. Travis had not informed me that it was already too late. I was NOT offered a refund at any point. That's quite a racket they have going. I assume that they sold it again, doubling their money. Meanwhile I am out the money that I paid. Terrible business...

Ugh the owner is very suspicious of Hispanic people shopping…How dare we shop there and actually have money to pay for stuff.
