Visited the Roger’s location. Great selection fair prices, with amazing sale prices! I really dislike big chain stores with pushy sales people, rarely selections in stock to take home same day, and empty delivery promises. Found this little gem after no success at Ashleys or other “fine furniture” stores. My husband and I weren’t hopeful at first because it didn’t look promising with its lack of modern glamour like typical furniture stores(shame on us for judging a book by its cover).

The moment we walked in, though, our hopes changed. We were greeted by our sales person Travis, asked what we were looking for and led straight to the best area. He was friendly, calmly inquisitive, not pushy, and let small talk come naturally. He offered suggestions, stayed near for assistance, but never crowded us or hung on our every spoken thought on interested pieces. He allowed us to come to our own conclusion and never seemed put off when we changed our mind about a piece, despite him having to go back to the main area to check if he had things in stock (which happened multiple times- we needed to be able to take our purchase home same day.)

The choices of “in stock” quality furniture, helpful non-pushy sales persons, and friendly purchasing representatives was so great we ended up going back a week later for a splurge remodel of our daughters room and left with the same satisfaction.

We are grateful for everyone we met there who helped create a stress free experience and enabled us to remodel our kids’ room (which our picky 15 year old said was “fire” and his friends said was “heat”.) A well deserved virtual high-five to all of us on that.

Our 25-year-old dishwasher finally kicked the bucket on Christmas Eve. The selection at Tucker’s was just as good as (if not better than) what the big box stores had in stock, and their sales prices beat the big box prices. The salesperson (I think her name was Jill) was very polite and helpful. I even paid for the extended warranty because appliances aren’t made like they used to be AND Tucker’s refunds the full warranty amount in store credit if it’s not used in 5 years.

Tucker’s scheduled delivery for noon on the day after Christmas The delivery guys called at 10:45 and asked if they could come early. Ten minutes later, they had our new dishwasher in the kitchen and were carrying out the old one. They were very polite and professional.
