I called for a quote on installing 2 12in subs and a amp in a 2016 cadillac escalade esv. They told me $250 for labor and $500 for a special part that is needed to bypass the bose sound system and electronics in the suv. I happily set up an appointment and later told my buddy about it. My buddy told me they are upcharging me about the $500 special part and told me to ask other professionals and see what they come up with. I did in jefferson city and springfield area businesses. They quote me around the same for labor but never once on a special part needed. I even told them about the special that this place told me I needed to bypass the bose system. They told me they been doing this for 17 years and never heard of no special part needed and already worked on 3 same model and year suv like mine with the same luxury package. I called today to cancel and told then why and they just didn't care less and answered with one word responses like ok, yeah, sure, uh huh.... I was there today. I called two months ago about glass tint for the two front doors of my car. They said it is for $70. I called two weeks ago and made an appointment and they gave me a different price of $85. I went to my appointment today and they put the tinting. When they finished the lady in the front gave me a receipt of $95 plus other fees so I paid a total of $102.22 for 2 front tint windows installation. I am not going there again and will not recommend to others. They keep changing the prices.
