This place is absolutely awful! Was recommended to go there and went for two appointments, my second appointment the girl put lightener on my hair and burnt my hair off all the way back to my scalp because she left it on for several hours!! She had little to no remorse for what she did and never gave any of my money back. The owner was told what she did as well after I had to contact her and she also refused to refund or had any sympathy at all. You don’t put bleach on someone’s hair and just leave it for hours and then basically say oh well I told her that her hair would fall out! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here! My hair was past my butt before I came here and now it’s broken off within two to three inches from my scalp!
