Froggy's Family Entertainment Center — Local services in Rome

Back in June, my sister had a joint birthday party for my niece and nephew at Froggy's. The staff helped my sister so much that it made me think that I might want to have my daughter's birthday party here, but I was unsure. Then I talked to one of the staff members, helping with the party named Kinnleigh. She was so sweet, so helpful, and so talented. She answered all of my questions then that I was curious about, and she did not act like I was annoying for asking her the questions. She was very pleasant to talk to. I even asked her questions about balloons that I already knew the answer to, and she was spot on everything. Her attitude, helpfulness, and talent are what prompted us to use Froggy's for my little girl's party this October. I talked to them about what I wanted, what Sofia liked, and then I dropped off all of my party supplies with Kinnleigh a day before the party. Oh my goodness, I was so impressed with how beautiful and how creatively she had decorated the party room. That is hard to do because I am usually the one doing garlands, backdrops, and party decor for other people's parties. I was wowed! I am so thankful for all the hard work Kinnleigh and other staff members put into that party for us and for making it an unforgettable experience. It was wonderful. IT IS NOT THE SAME We have been going to Froggy’s for years! We have always had a blast and it was definitely an arcade where you didn’t feel ripped off (like a lot of them are now-a-days). My kid always had a great time. However, it is not like that anymore. They have change several aspects of froggy’s arcade. Your bonus credits are only to be used on games that do not produce prizes or tickets. (You buy a $50 card, you get 60 bonus credits) Claw machines are stuffed so tight and the claws are not able to pick up even a loose stuffed animal. The claw machine with tickets can’t handle picking up even a small roll of tickets (10-25). They no longer have the skilled based games where you win big jackpots..

We spent $70 in credits and got 500-ish tickets. We used to get a few thousand with $50. Your kid leaves with cheap trinkets now.

I have been having my oldest son's birthday parties here for the past 5 years and the new manager Heather has made it much easier and a lot more stress-free! Now you can drop off your party supplies within the week before the party (including your balloons) and they will set the room up AND she can make the balloon arch for you using your balloons for no extra charge. Not to mention they also do all of the cleanup! Everyone there is always super friendly and they did an amazing job making our little girls birthday stress free! As a full-time working mom with 2 kids, I can say that anything that reduces stress in my life deserves 5 STARS and they met the mark on this! Not to mention our kiddos LOVE the variety of inflatables and love the fact that they rotate inflatables it's not the same thing every single time.
