Whale of a Wash — Local services in Romney

They got a new owner now the washers are really small now and much more expensive one of the workers there got smart with us for “over filling the wash” but it was only a basket of clothes and this was in one of the bigger washers as well . The worker continued to stand over us making it a very uncomfortable environment we spent almost 40 dollars on 2 baskets of clothes. Another customer came in and literally used 5 machines to wash and then another 5 to dry 2 baskets of clothes that’s ridiculous you shouldn’t need to do that . Never coming here again worst...

Well a month or so ago the dryer completely melted my kids school clothes and they tried to say it's cause there was a toy in it. Which was a lie cause I always shake my clothes first. When i said something about it the next time I got cussed cause I said something and she told me I could leave. The dryers are getting way to hot to where its melting some of my cloths depends on the material and the washers don't wash good they desperately need a upgrade us customers r loyal we go there and spend r earned money there to do are cloths we should be able to leave there with the best quality not r cloths melting or not getting cleaned at all plzzz up grade cause we have no other option to go there and I feel u the owner are taking advantage of us...
