This place has a problem at the body shop & collision center we had our jeep there 3 times for the same reason and it's still not fix and evey time you go there someone is arguing and cursing with the body shop manger in the parking lot so we tell Jeff Davis about it and he said that they are in process of getting rid of her but it has not happened so I went there yesterday because they recently installed a new tire carrier and like I said it's been three times back and forth in the course of a month they adjust it and it falls back down and you can't close the back door so yesterday the lady call the police for no reason because she didn't like my tone about me coming back 3 different time and it's still not fix so Jeff Davis came over with a attitude and told me in front of the police officer to take it to allout offroad because that's where they purchase it from so I did and they showed me where they put the bolts in and put Teflon tape around it but didn't put the nuts on the back side so there wasn't any way to keep bolts from pulling threw on the tire carrier so they told me that it there fault so I politely went to the police station and had them take pictures and make a report of the bolts strip out and went to three other places to have them check it out and got paperwork and they all said the same thing but they want to keep inconveniencing my wife and me because they can't get it right but as soon as you get on them about it they call the police on black people like they did something wrong but the problem is if it was fix the first time you wouldn't have this problem Jeff Davis and you are the boss and guess what it's going get worse if you don't get someone in there to correct the problem because no one should have to take there vehicle anywhere three times to get something fix at no body shop but guess what if it fall off with that 35" tire going down the highway and accidentally kill someone Finnegan Dodge is Responsible because you did the work and it's a safety issue and the phone call have been made to the Dps and Dmv because it still exists!!!!! Update!!!!! So I was able to talk to the coporate office and they had me to speak to Stellantis and they reviewed all the paperwork where Finnegan Dodge done the work and they said they will get it fixed correctly and that no one should take there jeep no where 3 times and it's still not fix and it's absolutely unacceptable and someone at Finnegan Dodge will be held responsible because I had paperwork from three other dealerships saying that they stripped all the bolt holes out on the jeep but one and it never should have been given back too me like that so I took it to Gillman Dodge in Houston to get it fix and let me tell you it's like night and day from dealing with Finnegan Dodge these people are so professional and they don't lie to you like Finnegan did they fix it correctly the first time and Stellantis said they will charge the $1100 back to Finnegan Dodge in Rosenberg Tx and for the general manger Jeff Davis you should learn a valuable lesson from this that lady at the body shop name Amanda don't know what she is doing and you have to be a fool to continue letting her sabotage your business you are the Gm fix the problem because you going to sink like a ship if you don't because people are going to go elsewhere to places like Gillman Dodge where customers service and workmanship is everything so do what you told me you was going to do before get rid of her because what she doing is bad for business because every customer that go there should not have to experience the...
Read moreDO NOT BUY FROM FINNEGAN CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM IN ROSENBERG, TX — THEY WILL SCAM YOU. This is a crooked dealership filled with liars and cowards who sell junk cars and vanish when problems arise. I’m writing this from New Jersey, where I’m stuck with a car that nearly ruined me financially and emotionally — all thanks to the untrustworthy staff at Finnegan CDJR.
Here’s My Full Story:
In August 2024, I purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400 with 120,000 miles. The car looked great online, and I was assured over the phone by René Garcia, my sales rep, that the car was in solid mechanical condition. I made it very clear I was buying this car from out of state, sight unseen, and needed full transparency. I asked about oil issues, leaks, anything unusual. I was told repeatedly the car was great, adult-driven, well-kept, and ready to go.
I then dealt with Daniel, the finance manager, who helped push the deal through under my mother’s name (since I was financing). I put down a large down payment, financed the rest, and paid out of pocket to ship the car from Texas to New Jersey.
That was the last time Finnegan CDJR ever gave a damn about me.
The Car Arrived — and the Nightmare Began:
Within weeks, the car was showing serious issues. • Sluggish throttle response • Excessive oil burning • Loud engine ticking • White smoke from the exhaust
I took it to Infiniti, and the diagnosis was devastating: a porous engine block. The entire engine needed to be replaced. This wasn’t bad luck — this was a known issue that any competent dealership should have caught, and Finnegan either missed it or ignored it to get the car off their lot.
I reached out to the dealership. René stopped responding. Daniel vanished. Nobody gave a damn. I wasn’t even offered an apology. These people ghost you once they get your money.
I had to go through hell with the third-party warranty company to get the engine covered, and even after that, I was left with ongoing oil consumption problems. I started doing 1,000-mile oil changes, checking levels constantly, topping off quarts every few hundred miles. At one point, the oil was so low it showed sludge on the dipstick.
I Trusted Them — And They Played Me
This wasn’t a $3,000 beater off Craigslist. This was a high-performance, premium vehicle. I paid serious money thinking I was buying from a reputable dealership. Instead, I got a lemon and was left to clean up the mess.
I’m now trying to get a hold of Zeke Torres, who oversees online sales, and even he hasn’t responded. They know what they did. They sold a failing car to an out-of-state buyer, knowing full well I’d have no recourse once it left the state.
Final Warning:
Unless you want to repair a car immediately after buying it… Unless you want to chase down staff who won’t call you back… Unless you want to be stuck with a ticking time bomb on wheels…
DO NOT BUY FROM FINNEGAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM.
They will lie to your face, sell you a wreck, and act like you don’t exist once the deal is done. René Garcia = liar. Daniel in Finance = disappears once paperwork is signed. Zeke Torres = silent when it’s time to take responsibility.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the financial disaster. Run far away from...

Vehicle purchased: Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid This is, by far, the most terrible car purchase experience I have ever had. I have a couple of infuriating issues with this terrible dealership.
First, the hidden price issue: when I bought the car, I noticed that the online price for the vehicle had a discount. However, the Sale told me that the discount was for a different vehicle, so I trusted his word and signed the purchase agreement. But when I checked the VIN number at home, it turned out to be the exact same vehicle. The next day, I have to bring up this issue with the management team and the sales manager called me and rectify the price.
Second, I left a review rating of 8 out of 10 for my car shopping experience because the sale person didn’t bring my car to the wash. And every time I contacted him for follow-up service or questions, he would constantly bring up my review and complain about not receiving a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Third, the sale made promises on multiple occasions, at least five times, to schedule a paint touch-up or repaint for couple scratch/dents on the car when I purchased. However, it has been over 7 months and I still haven't received an appointment for the touch-up. The last time he said he would send someone to my house to fix it, but as of today, that still hasn't happened.
Fourth, when I bought the vehicle, he assured me that it came with a factory warranty that included 4 oil changes and 3 tire rotations, usable at any dealership. However, when I checked with their service department, I found out that none of the above services was included with the vehicle. This can only be seen as false advertising. When I called sale to express my concerns, he once again brought up the review saying I did not leave a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. I asked him to give me the update for the solution by July 14th, still no response from him.
As a Veteran, I feel utterly disgusted and betrayed for initially placing my trust in this dealership, only to be treated like a complete fool. I strongly advise any potential buyers to stay away from this dealership or exercise extreme caution when dealing with them. Furthermore, I will make sure to leave a similar review on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to prevent more people from falling into their deceitful trap and I will reach out to the Chrysler brand to bring up those issues. The management team should have my phone number on file, and if they genuinely wish to resolve this issue, they can always pick up the phone and...
