Dale, Karen, and Mike were excellent to do business with! The process was painless. I called on a friends recommendation, spoke to Karen and to Dale, gave them a few basics about income and such. The financing came thru in my favor, I put a little money down over the phone debit, and Karen and Dale worked miracles. We looked at some trailers and they had me working a deal on one. I said I didn’t like it for my needs, and they gave no attitude! Just showed me more trailers! Moved the deal over to a SICK 24 Foot Freedom Enclosed. The payments came back less than the smaller trailer I looked at before! Dale sent lots of pics, was very connected to the sale and my satisfaction. Karen answered questions and handled the details perfectly. I drove THREE HOURS to Beasley, the paperwork was ready. I was there 20 minutes, and pulled out whipping brand new hauler. QUALITY PRODUCT. Screwless, bully corners on the front, all wood ceiling, almost 8 feet of clearance inside. Game changer. Rode perfect back to Ft Hood. I recommend and will always send people to Dale and Karen. Very happy with my new Top Hat trailer purchase(including trading in old trailer) at Southern Trailers. Most of the transaction occurred via my phone through direct conversation or text with Dale. When I did make it down to bring my old trailer(trade in) and pay for and pickup my new trailer, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Karen knew exactly what to do on the paperwork end and the yard guy had me ready to go in a flash. This is how a good business should operate. Will definitely refer others. ...

I talked with a salesman over phone. Discussed a trailer and drove an hour to dealership to view and purchase the trailer. Upon arrival the trailer was said to have been mismarked online and the price would not be honored. It was supposedly relisted that morning but the "system" had not updated the price. I asked if there was any option and they were unwilling to honor a listed.price online which is fauldulet. Very unhappy that my time was wasted.... was ready to buy at that time. I do not recommend...
