EXCELLENT customer service. The gal that I talked on the phone today was EXTREMELY helpful... even though I had to have annoyed the poop out of her.

I even annoyed myself with all of my ridiculously long winded questions. But the lady stayed calm and tried her best to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. She was even helpful in assisting me with a new account when the website was not working properly for online registrations.

I was totally expecting her to be rude, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality customer service. A+++ Roseville Ice Arena and SkateTheOval.com!!! I'm not easily impressed, but you won me over. I am grateful for...

Older arena. Well maintained. Went for high school hockey game. Concession stand ran out of cheese dip for the pretzel and several of pop flavors due to great attendance. Mens room was clean and stocked. Can't ask for much from...
