Took my car in for a headliner repair. They had my car 9+ hrs. I dropped it off at 7a, was called at 1p and told there were mechanical difficulties with another project being worked on. Called at 3p due to them closing at 4p and not hearing from them. No answer. Ended up showing up at 4p to find out the headliner was installed but they couldn't put my drivers side visor back in. They had been using tools on the plastic of the visor and it was completely chewed up. There was adhesive scattered throughout my car and smeared on the center console and drivers seat. Not only do I now have to get my car cleaned due to the adhesive mess, and get the visor repaired, but I also came to find out the now none of the electrical components in the ceiling of my vechile work. No dome light, no overhead lights, visor mirror lights not working either. So chances are after all that I need to have the headliner removed to figure out the electrical issue they caused with my lights not working and purchase a new visor. Absolutely...
