What a disappointing, final order here. Ordered sandwiches for lunch and once we got home, opened the container, and found a small maggot/worm on the already off looking lettuce. Immediately called Good L’Oven to inform them of this and they were quick to apologize and issue a refund. However, the ensuing conversation is why we will never be returning. The manager took 0 responsibility and pinned it on the supplier. Furthermore, they stated they do not wash their produce because they “don’t have the time for that” and it’s already done by the supplier. I was also told that what they get in is what they use and if an insect is on the produce then “well, that’s nature”. At no point did the manger express concern for other patrons or even say they would discard the lettuce. We loved this place and would stop twice a week for lunch but will not be anymore. Management’s complete lack of accountability for a situation that could have been serious is alarming. No longer can I trust anything prepared by Good L’Oven.

Seated at the corner of Rochester road and Sewickley Oakmont road is Good Loven Cookies. There is a good amount of parking within the parking lot for it accommodates two businesses the other being Sir Plaza Pizza. Cookies is obviously what this location does right and they know it. They have a multitude of cookie types to select from the ones I went with were Chubby-Hubby, Oreo, Crème Brulé Caramel, Lemon with white chocolate, chocolate chip, cinnamon roll, Lemon Blueberry, Pittsburgh pothole and snicker doodle. Which were all exceptional. Cookies are done to perfection with none of them being burned or over done. The cookie is of great flavor and are well portioned, the cookie does not crumble when eaten and crumbs aren’t really noticed when broken. Each cookie was as good as the last and I highly recommend getting these for yourself, work, or family get together, I almost feel bad eating these beautiful cookies…. almost 😋

The cookies and chocolates are the obvious reason to indulge. The cookies and other sweet treats are truly impressive and real creativity and talent was used in developing. The cookies, Pittsburgh pothole, the buckeye, pineapple upside down cookie, the smores cookie topped with marshmallow fluff that is covered with graham cracker crumbs is genius and they are all delicious. The surpise to me was their sandwiches. Folks I will go back for that chicken salad and the steak ranchero wrap. Both were outstanding and I loved the perfect amount of spice on my wrap. The young lady that waited on us placed the pineapple upside down cookie in a small bag to keep the flavors from the other cookies blending together. A super nice touch and shows she really knows her products. The crunchy buckeyes and nutterbutters are for me now so, don't eat them all.

I've been working for a company right outside of this place off to the side in their parking lot all week. I've went in there and spent about $40 thus far this week. After hearing from one of our guys that went inside overheard a customer asking how business is going with the guys next door, talking about us. The lady then proceeds to say "oh they don't come in much", in a negative tone. Meanwhile we've been in there every single day since Monday. I've gotten a breakfast wrap breakfast sandwich a muffin three cookies probably three little white milks to go with my other lunch that I bring to work. Plus whatever the other guys had already spent there this week. Then the old man keeps coming out and giving us an attitude because we're in the parking lot doing a job replacing water and sewage lines. The very same lady that I was talking about comes and parks her van within 6 feet of an active excavator in operation in the parking lot and wonders why the Operator got pissed off at her. You don't park your vehicle that close in a construction zone and don't even bother getting out to ask anybody you just pulled it up there and parked right up behind him. And then proceeded to tell one of our guys that his guys need an attitude adjustment. The only people here with an attitude are you guys because you're upset we're working in your parking lot. And evidently by looking at the other reviews on this place I'm not the only one that has gotten a piss poor attitude. The food here was okay at best and everyone else inside was nice. And this doesn't have anything to do with my company or any affiliation this is from me personally, my own personal experience coming here. I won't spend...

Wanted to let those who shop at Good Loven know about my recent experience. Went on Friday to get a dozen cookies for a small get together for the kids after school. My neighbor grabbed the first cookie and when he bit into it a piece of glass stuck the roof of his mouth. We thought maybe it was caramelized sugar so he put it in warm water but it didn’t dissolve. I called Good Loven and asked to speak to the manager. I told her what happened and her response was “I’m sorry but we don’t have glass in our store, maybe it’s sugar, what color is it”. I advised her it wasn’t sugar and it was clear glass. Her response was “well what would you have me do” Fast forward to Saturday, went to the store to talk to the manager and get a refund. She said she doesn’t know what type of party we’re were having in which I say it was a kids get together. She proceeds to say “well I don’t know what he had in his mouth before he ate the cookie”. Because of course he sits around and eats glass in his spare time. No accountability, no sympathy. I won’t be patronizing them anymore. I will leave it to you to decide if you...
