We have used RC Willey for over 10 years. Just tried out sparrow's and wow!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. To keep it simple I'll just say this, they do exactly what they say they will do, when it comes to delivering the communicate very well and keep within their time windows on delivery, and lastly very friendly and helpful in the store and the quality of furniture is pretty darn good. I don't notice any difference between the furniture here and the furniture at RC Willey. Great quality and amazing customer service. The Best of both worlds.

We visited the store a couple weeks ago looking for a headboard to match our existing bedroom set. We were helped by Jim who was super knowledgeable about the furniture brand we already owned (which is out of business) and helped us pick something beautiful that would compliment it. We also bought new nightstands and Jim arranged for us to get the same handles from the nightstands to replace all 12 of our existing handles, to even better tie the look of the furniture together. His customer service coupled with the quick and professional delivery made our experience perfect. Purchased curio cabinet for Mother's Day. Last one in stock was the floor display. They touched up a small ding and shipped it. Discovered after delivery that it had been installed previously and was a customer return. I'm accustomed to having that information fully disclosed and usually a discount applied when buying expensive furniture. I quizzed the sales person before buying the floor display (I usually don't buy floor displays but my wife wanted it sooner than 8 wks) and feel misled.
