Called ahead asking for stock on a Hotspot and if it was available to set up today before they closed. Luis answered my call and was extremely helpful and was on point with his customer service. He did manage to upsell me to the TMobile home internet explaining the differences between the internet package and Hotspot, I decided the home internet was best for me. When I walked into the store to complete the transaction, Luis and Shane were very welcoming and friendly. They were also extremely quick helping me set up my new device!! I was in and out of the store in maybe 20 minutes, they even checked to make sure my phone could connect to the Home Internet before I left the store! Harley, Maxwell, and Erick were absolutely fantastic in helping us switch from Verizon to T Mobile. Like many others, we had nightmare after nightmare with the other carrier, and with t mobile we have received nothing but the upmost transparency, professionalism, kindness, and help regarding our switch. They made sure we received every perk, discount, and service that would be beneficial for our family.
