Casitas Café — Restaurant in Ruidoso

My experience at Casitas Cafe was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the unique food choices that surpassed the usual run-of-the-mill offerings found elsewhere. Each dish boasted excellent flavor combinations, demonstrating a level of culinary creativity and skill that is hard to come by.

What truly elevated my dining experience was the friendly and helpful service provided by the staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and eager to ensure that my meal was nothing short of perfect.

As for the food itself, every bite was a delight to the senses. From the first taste to the last, I savored each dish, appreciating the thought and care that went into crafting such delicious fare.

We came here on a weekend trip to ruidoso and ended up going twice because it was so good. The first time we got a horchata latte (definitely my favorite drink from them!) and a mocha latte as well as a bacon egg burrito and the Bano breakfast sandwhich. Everything was so delicious we can back the next day. This time we tried the Dulce de Leche latte with the Little House, which was delicious (but i think they forgot the cheese and onions so I can only imagine how good it would have been!) and another Bano Sandwhich (a MUST try it is so delicious. The egg was perfectly runny and they meat is so tender and the green chile is delicious). And the staff and manager we talked to were incredibly helpful and super friendly. Eating here made me realize I’m going to have to make weekend trips up here every once in a while just to eat here...

We were in Ruidoso for a wedding and stumbled into the cafe on the first day of our trip. We were immediately charmed by the warmth of the cafe and staff, where the owner personally walked us through the finer details of the lovingly curated menu. Everything that we ordered was delightful - from the handcrafted lattes to the delectable breakfast sandwiches, you can’t go wrong. In fact, we loved this little cafe so much that we came back every remaining day of our trip to enjoy more of the menu. We literally cannot praise this place enough and you cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. Some of my personal favorites were the horchata and biscochito lattes, the breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast and the homemade s’more’s pop tart.

Casitas will remain one of the highlights of our trip...
