I am so disappointed in my experience with Vogels I ordered flowers for my ex-husbands funeral to be from my grandchildren was suppose to be a garland placed on the lid ...she promised she would make sure it was placed cotrectly because being a garland it was to be placed a certain way but because ther ease was a funeral before my exes she did make sure she just left it there it looked awcul was hid behind his head in tje casket was just awful. I called her and asked her why it was nothing like she said it would be she said it was but if it wasnt it want her fault she would investigate well she found out it wasnt placed correctly she offered 10% off i mean like i told her it wasnt about the money and nothing can make up for her not making sure it was correct even tho she had promised she would ...so if the flowers matter and cant have a redo. Dont go to vogels because they are all about making it up to you after but arent too worried about it being right in the first place very bad service I will never go there again very sad by the whole experience. I didnt ask for. Any money back it wasnt about the money it was about the care you take what really makes me the most upset is she said to me well we are just at an inpass there is nothing i can do that would make you happy ..well since that really cant be fixed its over and done what would you expect ...i just wanted her to at least feel a little bad for ruining the flowers that was suppose to be from my grandchildren 4 roses and some garland thrown together in a mess pile I was charged 63.13. Anyone would be upset and yes im truly sorry might have helped sum but thats not what i got i will have to ask the funeral home is what she said. I tend to order flowers through Vogel's quite often and I'm never disappointed. Normally, I don't do reviews, but it was absolutely warranted this time. I called in around 1:30 P.M. requesting a bouquet for 7 coworkers and a candy order for 1 coworker for Christmas. It was a last-minute decision and some of them were leaving work at 3:30. I expressed the desire to have these delivered before any coworkers left, fully understanding and expecting it to not be possible. Denise told me that they would do their best to make it happen but wanted to make sure I understood it may not happen. Long story short, Vogel's, and Denise, made it happen. The bouquets of fresh flowers were arranged and delivered within 1.5 hours of being ordered. The recipients were thrilled and the flowers looked amazing.

Delivering for 8 people in an hour and a half may not seem like much, but I promise it really was a grand gesture. Thanks for making 9 people's day a little...
