West End Jewelers — Local services in Russell

Met with Jackie back in February to book the florals for my wedding in September. After meeting with her, she stated she does not have a contract for us to sign but she will absolutely be doing the florals. She sketched out on the back of a scrap piece of paper all of the info including wedding date (which I did take a picture of because of the “no contract” discussion) , what kind of flowers, how many bouquets, all of the extra flower arrangement, etc. I sent her inspo photos the day after our meeting and I even asked to come in to see a “mock” table in April to finalize the exact decor to which she told me she wanted to wait until June. However, I did not hear anything else from her. THANKFULLY, I did book with another florist, but this was so unprofessional. She never spoke another word to me after April, did not show up on wedding day, and still she has never ever ever said anything about booking that service! Had ordered a corsage for homecoming, it looked awesome but the quality was not great at all.
