They will leave your information laying around where anybody including customers can see your information. If you have a card on file they charge it or attempt to charge it without your consent. If you pay your account off early pay close attention to the amount, they will charge you the account balance not the payoff amount and use the extra money to pay on other customer accounts or pocket the money. These concerns were brought to the Group Managers attention, Dustin Mullican who did nothing. Concerns were also voiced to HR about action Dustin was forcing his staff to do such as take photos of their house furnishings to prove they didn't steal a sofa, not properly handing sexual harassment complaints, telling staff to damage boxes that the merchandise had concealed damage to, to make it appear it came damaged so the store could fail a claim with the vendors to receive credit. He tarnished the reputation of an employee by listen to.false claim by someone who was just after that employees job who later they found out this employee was steal along with another employee but he nor this company has reached out to the employee affected and offered an apology. Enjoyed the process! Picked out what we wanted and check out was easy and got lucky enough to have it delivered the same day. They did a great job with set up too. Two very kind gentleman delivering was hard at work.

Bought these king bed in February of 2023. We contacted Framer by phone and was told to email picture. The bed we didn't sleep in every night because we still had a house in Arkansas. This picture was when I got time to take it in October when I emailed we had slept on it nightly since our final move in August. In 8 months you can see from the picture that the bed sagging an inch. They told me it has to be an inch and a half before they will do anything. We might have SLEPT on it less that 4 or 5 months for it to sag in between the moving process and October. So for everyone that has back problems don't waste your money on this bed. It has caused us both more issues than the blow-up mattress we was sleeping on before we bought this mattress. We rather sleep in our old queen mattress that was a bed in a box from 8+ years ago.
