The Grind Cafe and Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Russellville

unfortunately I hate doing bad reviews but I had went inside this morning instead of usingthe drive thru getting mine and my mothers regular coffee, we had waited 25 minutes inside which was no big deal but when the girl finally handed my mother our order it was wrong by one drink we had ordered 3 drinks and my mother had told her it was suppose to be a large and not a small drink, the girl then got upset and started making other drinks instead of fixing the one drink that was wrong, after being in there now almost 40 minutes my mother got upset and asked to speak with the manager the girl got even more upset and made the drink but slammed it on the counter getting it all over my mother and the counter itself. point being if you are going to Work customer service and you have an irate customer due to speed of service tend to that custOmer in a prefessional manner not with an attitude. other than the front line girl her attitude was poor but kudos to the girl in drive through for taking orders making orders as she goes and also tending to some customers...

When around 9:20am nov, 17 in drive-thru and waited until I orders what I wanted I asked for 3 vanilla bean coffee hot (latte) meaning it hot right? But the girl that was working at this time gave me 3 cold coffee and when I asked her if u put 3 hot vanilla bean coffee (latte) and she gave me a attitude and said u said frappe didn’t you and I was like no bc you said latte right bc it’s is hot right and then she turn around and staring talking yo the other worker she was working with in a angry way who knows what she was telling her which is very rude and afterwords she gave me the exact thing just. ld and hand it to me in a rude way. I didn’t complain bc I didn’t what her to have done something like screaming at me or throwing the drink at me so I just left. This is not the first time it had happen to me there been time like this but I let it go since they never gave me an attitude about it until know. Every morning or most of it I go and get breakfast from there but now to be honest I’m not. Hope they can educate their worker...

When we arrived at The Grind it was 1:28. The chairs were all up and there was a young blonde girl mopping the floor. Two tables on the right still had customers. We ask if they were closed and she said no. She said it was fine to place a to go order, but to walk on the right side that had not been mopped. The brunette girl at the counter was a sweetheart. I placed my order and moved so my sister could place hers. The blonde girl that had just mopped screamed for me to move back to the right side. We placed our order and went to sit down and wait. While we were waiting my husband got up to go to the bathroom. The blonde girl screamed at him and said, “Can you not hear? I just told you not to walk on that side.” She was extremely rude. I told her that he was just going to the restroom. Three more ladies walked in right after and walked on the left side. The floor was not wet and there was not a wet floor sign.
