Subway — Restaurant in Sabattus

It was being run by people that seemed untrained lacking inexperience. He didn't know what artesian bread was and made a hot sandwich. Cold ice cold. Then when asking to have it corrected. I had originally said I wanted the sandwich hot but I didn't want my bread toasted so he toasted my bread so I went back in a third time then got made to pay full price even though I had the promo code to get it half price and the fact that he was even charging me was disgusting but my sandwich was despicable. The photo I'm posting is the second remake sandwich. It was supposed to be on artesian bread and he used Italian herb and cheese and toasted the bread by itself even though it wasn't supposed to be toasted. So there is not enough I can say about the Sabattus main location. Besides, it is in dire need of experience and someone to teach them how to actually make the sandwiches that...

Frequent customer here - but probably not for the foreseeable future. Ordered two footlongs on the app at around lunchtime, left work to go get them and they cancelled the order on their end by the time I got there, meaning I went back to work with no lunch. If you’re not gonna accept coupons, remove them from the app on your end - I shouldn’t suffer because the owner wants to be a cheapo and too lazy to change the coupon deal on their end. I know that’s possible because you guys already do that in your practices.

I have not been a big fan of Subways in general over the last number of years. However, my company's office just moved into buildings next door to this location. During the work we were doing there prior to the move-in, Subway was a convenient place for lunch since it was just a simple walk across the parking lot. The service and food were pretty good, and the staff was always friendly. It could get slow right at noon though. Who knew so many people would flock to a Subway in Sabattus??? Anyway... pretty good experiences at...
