I personally think these are the best chocolates I have ever eaten! A true family business, with the patriarch making chocolates daily the old school way with the best ingredients. I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert! Most chocolatiers have reduced the size but not Kobasic's! I have too many to mention as favorites but cayenne pepper, red wine or balsamic vinegar chocolates are extraordinary. The creams are dreamy. Do not pass by the bark or turtles either! Read moreI have been shopping there for a decade; I discovered them because it is on one of my cycling routes (and now my favorite ride). Kind of like walking into a curio shop, the decor is quaint and like a step back to the days of unsophisticated wholesomeness. If you have the time to talk, the staff have fascinating stories to tell that span the years of the business. But the Chocolate? It is top notch! I rank it at the level of the European chocolates that I also love.
