I posted again good think I had copy. Very disappointed:( I was happy about purchasing the pool! Box was damage like this! So my husband afraid to open it! I was told i can not return this is cash and carry ! They have no installer available and I am stuck with damage box! Called store multiple time! Will call again😭 They manage to install pool with very poor job. I am very disappointed that for business they actually lied. When we purchase pool we asked three times if permit needed. Very nice girl who works there called business owner to confirm intex pool need permit or no. Owner confirmed not needed. Now we were told by city we needed permit no matter intex or other. Contractor who install the pool refuse to do permit work so Olympic pool did for him. Now we stuck with Electrician work. They said Olympic pool doesn't do that. They gave me number to call for work. Price of the electric work is more then pool price LOL. We paid for installation $900 dollars. Pool is $2100 with TAX and Electric estimate $2510 plus. When looking for an above the ground pool I spent time researching for a reliable company that could be my 1 stop solution. Olympic Pools & Spa was the company we opted for and so far, I am very happy with our decision. The entire purchasing experience was smooth working with the incredible experienced staff of Ed, Warren, Jackie & Shay. They provided us with great insight and guidance along the way. I highly recommend them for purchasing a pool. Having had our pool for a year I contracted with them for the closing and opening of our pool as well. Jessy and Urim did a phenomenal job and gave me some key advice along the way. Most important advice was to invest in a water pump to remove the excess water from the pool cover. I highly recommend the water pump; I was able to clear all the water from the pool cover and they were able to easily remove the cover and get my pool started. They did such a clean job for me. Amidst the covid-19 pandemic my wife and I decided to buy a home in the suburbs. We were looking for a home with a pool but couldn’t find one however, the house we bought left us plenty of land to build one.

We happened to be at a friend’s BBQ who had a pool and I asked who installed their pool and they said “Olympic Pools over on 46 in Saddle Brook.”

The next day my wife and I went to Olympic Pools with little to no prior or knowledge of pools and they answered all of our questions regarding everything from installation, material, shape, sizing etc. A very knowledgeable staff, especially Shayna, and excellent customer service.

The pool looks amazing and the wife and I couldn’t be happier. We were pleased with Olympic Pools because they understand the value and importance of making sure they meet the highest standards because they understand this is a very costly investment.
