I would give ZERO stars if I could. There is ONE (female) very nice, professional pharmacist here & the pharmacy manager is great as well Iāve had SO many interactions with her because of the staff treatment. She really does feel bad about the staff behavior but unfortunately I donāt think she can do anything about it. After filling prescriptions here for 14 years I finally left & now fill elsewhere. The staff is rude, screams at customers (because of their own incompetence/lack of customer service), it will take HOURS to get anyone to pick up the phone if they pick up at all, you will also stand in line 45 minutes or more just picking up a prescription. I had one of the traveling pharmacists call me up in front of a full store of ppl to loudly accuse me of filing my prescription a week previously supposedly at a different location & so she refused to fill it, I responded by telling her she needed to pull video, call police, call my doctor because that wasnāt me. After 20 minutes of accusations & being humiliated in front of everyone she says āoh that was July of last yearā!!! Youāre a pharmacist filling medication but arenāt able to ascertain what YEAR I filled the prescription??? No apology nothing. Just another call from the poor pharmacy manager apologizing once again for someone elseās behavior. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been fighting for my medication for almost 2 weeks at this location. I switched locations because this walgreens is right down the road from my work and I pass it everyday. I get phone calls all the time telling me it's ready to be picked up and I come and u tell me no its not. I have talked to at least 3 different people who all tell me a different verison on how it's not ready. Then a lady last night calls me and tells me how it's been filled and sitting there since the 20th and today is the 27th and asked if I still wanted it and to bring my insurance card when I come to pick it up. I come today and u tell me u have my insurance on file and a woman didn't work last night so there is no way I could have talked to them. I am switching back to the one on Genesee. And NEVER will I go back to this location. I understand people make mistakes, it happens all the time but for almost 2 weeks? With changing stories?...

One time we've called and they couldn't find the right account and send us away incorrectly, another time I'll speak to someone who provides irrelevant information and that creates unnecessary questions that I end up asking when the person gave details that weren't pertinent to filling my prescription. The pharmacy staff definitely could use some customer service training on how to relay information and avoid from trying to make themselves sound super smart by overexplaining stuff we don't need the details on. Probably what makes the phone wait times almost 20 mins, but what do I know. Sucks we have limited options for pharmacies in this town, just gotta deal with these people who forget they're handling medication and serving customers who have medical conditions who deserve patience care, with an emphasis should be being caring towards...
