Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

Ordered one of their new Catalina boxes and it was honestly the worst taco I've ever had and it was outrageously expensive. The box consisted of a small burrito. They say they put two times chicken in but that was a lie. There was barely any chicken in it and a hard shell taco and some chips cost me almost $11. Don't eat at Taco Bell. They're honestly going downhill and I really want my $11 back because you're telling me with two tacos, chips and cheese and a drink cost almost $11? What's in the chips and cheese? Why are they for $5? Because there's no way that Catalina burrito is worth more than $2, it's awful. The hard shell taco was better. I probably wouldn't even complain if they actually put chicken on the burrito. That's false advertisement. I bet you there was less than a half ounce of chicken on that taco. Stick to the regular menu. Don't try any of the new stuff. You will be sadly disappointed. It's all lies. You definitely don't get anything for your money anymore here unless you order off the dollar menu because their food is trash. It's not even real meat half the time. The least they could do when they get something new is actually make it how they advertise it. Oh and make it good. I will never eat at this establishment ever again. Maybe if their prices go back to normal. What happened to the $5 box? How am I paying more now for less stuff? Tell me how...

Ordered a mobile order from home and drove to the restaurant. Didn't get a notification but waited inside anyway. Waited another 10 minutes inside and still no food. I believe the manager? Noticed me waiting and asked if I placed an order, I said I did, and it was a mobile order, she said they had not received it yet. Waited maybe another 10 or 15 minutes, still no food. Manger asked what I ordered and let her know, they made it right then and there. Not sure if this is an issue with the mobile order or this one in particular, but it was kinda annoying. Thankfully I wasn't in any hurry and the manager apologized and gave me a coupon for a free breakfast. Might be another couple of weeks before I try another mobile order from here, food was good though!

EDIT: Been her several more times and other than this first hiccup, never...

This location was great when it first opened. Now the honeymoon has worn off and it turned ratchet. On 10-13 at around 6:15 pm, my Dorito taco shells weren't warmed up and tasted stale. The whole meal was cold, the meat and tortillas were cold too. Idk how that happens because even the worst Taco Bells usually manage to at least give you your food hot.

To sum it up, this location has gone downhill. They also always forget stuff if you don't remind them, and the workers all look like they're high. Won't be back. Don't bother going to this taco bell or any other ones in Saginaw, they all don't care lol. You're better off warming up...
