I’ll start with, what a great place and what great people. My wife and I just purchased a vacation home in St. Augustine and had limited time to furnish our home before returning to Colorado. We had spent the previous afternoon looking at several other local furniture stores but had difficulty finding anything that really fit what we were looking for and quite honestly we had difficulty even getting help from employees at the other locations. After returning home with nothing accomplished we decided to go to Jacksonville in the morning with the promise of larger stores and hopefully more choices. By chance the following morning I searched Google and located Everything cool. We decided to stop on our way out of town to see what they had and that was where our luck began. We first went to the location on Ponce Deleon Bl and were greeted by Jonathan. He welcomed us to the store and pleasantly offered assistance immediately upon our arrival. We told him we had just purchased a home and realistically needed to furnish the entire house. He got a rough idea of the size of our home and the amount of furniture we would really need then gave us some space to look around and see if we found anything we liked. About 10 minutes later store owners Ken and Gloria met us in the showroom and we explained our enormous needs with limited time. To make matters more difficult the only day we had available to have anything we found delivered was Saturday. We learned that they could make a Saturday delivery happen on short notice, that was one of the benefits of using a locally owned business that had local delivery personnel. Availability is always and issue as well, but again not a problem for Ken and Gloria. They had us look through both stores and Gloria worked closely with my wife with photos and expert product knowledge to find additional furniture not displayed in the stores due to space limitations but still available for purchase. Not all furniture purchased was available on our limited time schedule but not a problem for this team. We were able to successfully purchase furniture for our entire home at a single, local location, with less than one week to get everything handled.and a very large delivery scheduled on a Saturday. The furniture we purchased that was not readily available at the warehouse was still ordered and when it arrives Ken and Gloria promised to safely store it for us at their warehouse and have it delivered on our next return trip to St Augustine. By the time we left the store my wife and I both felt like we had made some new friends in town as well, and I can’t tell you how good it felt to make a large purchase with a local store on a handshake. I felt that the way in which Ken and Gloria do business is exactly what is missing in customer service today. Could I have found furniture for a little less money someplace else? Possibly, but would I have had exceptional service, high quality furniture and business on a handshake delivered on my schedule? I absolutely believe no other furniture store could have provided me with this service and the feeling that I left the store with new friends. I will not shop at another furniture store and look forward to my return when we will need to focus on our outdoor furniture. Well done...

I’ve purchased several pieces from them and every experience has been stellar. Not only did my furniture arrive as promised—it actually came earlier than expected! Gloria promptly contacted me to set up delivery, and their delivery team was by far the best I’ve ever dealt with—professional, careful, and courteous.

Everything Cool I appreciate all the time you spent with Ken and I to make sure our big purchase for our new home was everything I had pictured in my mind. Gloria listened to all the ideas my husband and I had for certain rooms. Gloria acted on our thoughts and we ended up with a big purchase with half being delivered on a day the typically do not schedule deliveries. Gloria ,thank you for making a Saturday delivery work before I leave town and storing the remainder of our items for us until we return to St. Augustine.
