To keep it short, I gave her 3 brand new, never worn gown to sale since she did resale. A wedding gown and two bridesmaids dresses. I also posted them on FB Marketplace to try and sell as well. I had a couple individuals interested and when I reached out to her to confirm my dresses were at the US1 location, I was originally told yes. Then I was told No, they are not there. I must have them. I was then berated saying "Check your house, you have them". She had in her "system" that I picked them up. Long story short, when she realized she made a mistake and either sold or lost all 3 of my gowns... she tried to scam me out of money for them saying "This is the best I can do, Sorry". when I stated I will not settle for that, I was told "I hope you are happy, I hope God sees who you really are and do not reach out again". After going to many stores with no luck we found True Me. We were invited to a formal black tie optional wedding and struggling to find the appropriate attire. From customer service to the dress everything was 5 ⭐️ We had a prom dress come in too small and had less than 2 weeks to get another. After failing at several stores we found True Me Boutique. We ordered it one week before prom on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. The dress fit AMAZING and my daughter’s prom was saved.
