Bought a couch from them and it was delivered broken I called them the manager came out to look at it he said it was a simple fix he could order the part it would take 2 weeks or he could switch it out which also would take 2 weeks but we would be without a couch if we did a switch so we went for the fix so here it is a month later and they still haven't fixed it or they did not even reach out to me I had to call them back to find out about it then to find out they have had the part for 5 days and hasn't even tried to get it fixed. When I talked to the manager he said he has no control over the parts that may be true but he SHOULD have control over what happens in his store I feel like it was done very unprofessional I spent $3000 cash in that store that day but I can tell you I will not EVER buy anything...

I love this little place. We stumbled upon it when we found they had a couch that we have been looking for. We needed the power model that they didn’t sell but they contacted the manufacturer and found one for us. It took a little while to get it in but we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Also while setting up the purchase of the sofa, we wandered around and found a dresser and chest that matched our existing bedroom furniture. It was ordered and came in within the week. Not a mark of imperfection on either. The staff is warm, personable and very efficient. We are so happy we found Farmer’s Home Furnishing. Treat yourself to a visit next time you’re in St. Augustine. The staff was friendly and professional. We were taken by surprise of the $200.00 (cash) delivery fee. When looking at the dining set on display we noticed some scratches on the table. Those same scratches were on the table that was delivered to us. So we were sold used furniture. The delivery staff did offer to return the table. We declined. We also asked for a receipt for the $200.00 fee. We were told their boss would email us a receipt. The delivery service company Moving With Prince has not done this. It’s been 5 days. Needless to say we will not be returning to Farmers Home furniture nor use Moving With Prince...
