I would leave 0 stars if I could. The only thing great about this company is Melissa in the service dept, who I will leave a separate review for next.
I requested a service technician to come up to fix a few issues with my fridge (door being uneven, right door not staying open, and an extremely loud noise coming from the fridge). The first tech came out and did great, said he would come back bc he needed a specific part. Unfortunately that tech left the company which lead me to have to deal with Kenny…
Kenny, unfortunately, provided me with the worst service I have encountered. The moment he shows up to my house, he asks me if he could use my bathroom. The considerate, caring person in me of course said yes. In my head I thought, thats strange, why didn’t he stop at the QT that is less than a mile from my home.. being in the service industry myself I know it is unprofessional to request to use a persons bathroom. Needless to say, he was at my house for all of 20min, during his time, he used my bathroom as mentioned and mangled my fridge even more than it was. I was working downstairs and all I could hear was extremely loud banging, his drill being used a couple times, what I thought was him dropping the right side of the door on my floor. I go upstairs and he said everything was fixed. I told him that the issue was not fixed and I had to hop on a meeting, but to please take care of it. I hop on my meeting moments later and hear Kenny leave. After my meeting I view my fridge to see that the condition of my fridge (as mentioned) was worse than it was before, pics attached.. The door handle is now dismantled to where I can’t even open the right side of the fridge (this was not an issue before Kenny came). There are now scratches all over the top of the handle of the right side door. The issues I originally needed fixed are still a problem and now my fridge is in worse shape.
Also, after viewing the fridge, upset, I go to my bathroom to see remnants of his bowl movement. It was the most disgusting situation I have encountered and couldn’t believe someone had the audacity to show up and immediately go number two in my toilet esp knowing there is a QT right next to my house (they have nice bathrooms).
I completely felt violated and taken advantage of in a sense that this man shows up, angry, says he’s “having a bad day”, relieves himself in my personal dwelling (that I worked hard to purchase, on my own, as a young professional and single mother of a 2yo daughter) and is extremely inconsiderate of my personal belongings (fridge & bathroom) and leaves as if everything was fine.
It is appalling that this man has a job and that this company would actually allow and trust this person to go into peoples homes.
Of course I complained and the first “manager” I spoke to was Sam who literally defended Kenny’s actions. Again, appalled.
Thank goodness I was able to speak to Brian the GM who understood and was very considerate about the situation. And THANK GOODNESS Melissa from the service dept has been an ANGEL through this process or a customer service lawsuit would...
Read moreI ONLY give four stars because of an incident with them, from when we bought our refrigerator and gas stove from them last year. First, our delivery was not completed on the day it should've been due to a miscommunication at the warehouse, so we were about two days without a fridge or stove, in our new home. When we did get oustive, the wrong one was delivered. It wasn't until I showed them photos I had taken, of the correct stove, that they agreed to replace it. It was incredibly hard to reach someone and took multiple days and calls to get it resolved, but only because I was assertive and persistent.
I'm going to close this review with the great experiences I've had here. We just purchased our second washer/dryer set from them and is due for delivery on Tuesday. The first set we bought was purchased about 7 years ago (which they delivered, installed and hauled off our old ones)and just recently, the washer stopped spinning. Dryer still works perfectly, but we just decided to just purchase a whole new set. This will be our third time doing business with them and we will continue to do so. The employees are super nice and attentive and they even let us buy some stands that actually belonged to another washer/dryer set bc I have mobility issues and cannot bend down to load and unload a front loading washer/dryer. They arent great about answering the phones bc they are SO BUSY and there isnt a lot of staff in the warehouse, so you just have to be patient , or take the initiative to find someone to help you. This is a wholesale/scratch and dent warehouse, not freaking Sears or Maytag or even Best Buy. You're saving hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars on new appliances. They arent hurting for business, so kissing customers behinds arent really necessary and if you're wanting to be waited on hand and foot for your imperfect appliances, this isn't the place for you.

Read moreAppliance wholesale center, located at 2253 administration drive, has made our attempt to purchase a replacement refrigerator that actually works very challenging. On 07/13/2022, I purchased a used refrigerator that I was told was operating very well and it was delivered on 07/14/2022. After 7 days the refrigerator stopped cooling. I contacted the store and made them aware of the situation situation, and they agreed to swap the refrigerator out for a working replacement refrigerator. Fast forward to Saturday 07/23/2022, and the replacement was delivered at approximately 1700 hours. The 3 man crew delivered the appliance and removed the out of service one. They dropped it off, and hooked up the necessary water lines and left. No one stayed to ensure that the replacement refrigerator was working properly. After attempting to allow the replacement to cool down, we discovered that this refrigerator was not working at all. We were hoping that someone would do a function test on their equipment prior to selling and delivering the appliances. Ultimately, it is now July 25th, and we are exactly in the same spot that we were in on 07/13, no working refrigerator. The only difference is that we are 1100 dollars lighter in our wallets. We contacted the store on 07/25/2022 requesting a refund, and we were told that we had to contact the General Manager for our refund. This method seemed odd, considering the GM did not take part in the sale of the broken appliance. In an ideal situation I would like for someone from the management team contact us to help in our attempt to purchase a product that actually works.
