This store is amazing! I purchased a piece of fine jewelry at a well known jeweler who would not give me a box for it. This is a very important gift. I went to hallmark and was able to find a beautiful box and Sophie saved the day! Sophie positioned this piece of jewelry so perfectly and so beautifully in the box I purchased from her. She made it to where when this gift gets opened it will be breath taking to the one getting it. Sophie thank you so much, you saved the true joy Christmas is all about to me. Thank you so much for turning one places horrible customer service into the most amazing service I have ever got in a store! This store setup is great and the manager Tyler is AWESOME!! He always greets you with a smile when you enter, helps you find what you need, finds what you are looking for even if he has to get it from one of their other stores and THANKS you when you leave! I have only been there a few times, and everytime I'm there he addresses me by name. I can't say that I have ever had that happen in any other Hallmark store even the one that was at that location before , and believe me I purchased a lot from that store. Was probed and basically followed by the manager for most of my visit. Having worked in retail myself for over 15 years, it's understandable that they had to rearrange the floor plan and be more aware of patrons after the store was nearly closed for good, but not everyone who shops in a puffer winter coat is a potential shoplifter. Even though I did make a purchase as originally intended, I felt like a criminal by the time I got back out to my car. If I feel the need to do Hallmark shopping in the future, I'll choose to do...
