St. Charles Office Furniture — Local services in Saint Charles

Overall the furniture looks good but the experience was the worst experience I've had.

Furniture looks good but the fact the movers damaged a brand new office caused me extra work so I paid $275 (it'll probably cost at least half if not all that to repair the damage they caused) to now pay more to fix a wall, fix a carpet tile or 2, and still have to move stuff around because carpet tiles are loose. How does a moving company not use carpet sliders. If they still use CJ's delivery service I would not recommend a delivery from them.

Was speaking with Heide and she told me to send her my dimensions of the office (I sent everything in inches). Trusted her judgment on what would fit in the office. Apparently to her 143" is 14' 3" so that wall drawing was off 2" 11". The other wall was 109" but her drawing showed 9' 2" so that wall was off by 1". Being off by 1" isn't bad until you realize there's a 41" depth desk, 24" depth credenza, and 36" needed in between both so i only have 8" left on opposite wall for file cabinets and guest chair. So now i have office furniture that doesn't fit in my office because Heide didn't know that the marking for inches is a double quote symbol. Currently not happy with my experience since I can't use my office now that there is furniture blocking my way from being too big. 2nd time they switched out the desk shell which fits way better but still disappointed as the moving company damaged parts of my office moving a file cabinet i told them not to worry about. Brand new wall has multiple scratches and a hole in it. Brand new carpet tiles now have adhesive glue on them. I don't trust CJ's delivery service they use to ever come back here after my experience. I would rather install it myself and not pay for the delivery as i could of use carpet sliders that would of avoided...

The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable, and the inventory was leaps and bounds better than what you'd find almost anywhere else.

I was able to take my chair home and try it out for a couple of weeks before paying, which really allowed me to ensure that it would, in fact, be a good purchase.
