I don't like writing bad reviews, and I give out many 5 stars, but this is the exception. I brought my children here one of which has asd. I called ahead of time to insure there would be the hot breakfast as advertised only to wake up my children to find all the lights off door locked and no sign of any type of breakfast or any movement of a soul stirring about. When I called I was told breakfast food was not delivered yet. Then when my wife called to complain and see about any type of discount or anything she was told that it was a complementary breakfast and tough lunch there they wouldn't do anything. That upset my kids and myself enough to not write down the truth of this place. Its dirty the pool was dirty and looked unfit for a person to swim or even dangle their legs into. The hallways are full of stains and the place smells of weed and dirty pets. My son woke up with a stuffy nose and a burning throat. I would rather sleep in the car than stay in this place again. Our 2 day stay became a 1 day with a regret that I didn't fork up a few more dollars to take my children somewhere decent. I could keep complaining about how the freezer couldn't fit anything because it hadn't been defrosted in probably several years. I should have suspected something when they had slot machines in the lobby.

Needed somewhere for me and my son to stay for the night as we were passing through town. When we first walk into the room, the light switch did not work. For over $100 a night with $100 deposit.( that wasn’t listed on the third-party site.) definitely overpriced and everything in the room is falling apart or broken, so I’m not sure why you need $100 deposit … they make you sign a waiver stating you will not stain any of the towels or bed or break anything in the room, but there are holes in the walls, the latch on the door was very loose and not solid, the room was not clean, stained sheets, yellow towels, ants on the wall, and definitely feel itchy laying in the bed, but I was desperate and had already paid online before I discovered the hundred dollar deposit. The only good thing I’ll say is the bed was comfortable besides feeling like something was crawling ( although I didn’t see any bugs in the bed, I felt it) I would never stay at this hotel again.

I called before we arrived and they said their pool was open and not under maintenance. The next morning it was locked so I went to the front desk. She said she can open the door but then said it was under maintenance. She said she will check. She went in and made a phone call then said we could use it. The water was very cold but we did not swim because it was so dirty. The room did not even have hot water it was somewhat warm. Also it is only a shower so it is harder because I have toddlers. I asked if we could get a refund if we leave and don't stay the second night. She said she cannot contact the manager because it was Sunday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Sleeping In," and the experience surpassed all my expectations, making it a truly memorable retreat. From the moment I entered the cozy establishment, I knew I was in for a treat.

The ambiance at "Sleeping In" is enchanting, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The decor is tastefully curated, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts guests at ease. The attention to detail in the interior design is commendable, with a harmonious color palette and thoughtful furnishings that enhance the overall sense of tranquility.

The rooms at "Sleeping In" are a haven of comfort. The bedding is luxurious, and the mattresses are a dream, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the little touches like plush pillows, soft linens, and blackout curtains that allowed me to customize my sleep environment according to my preferences.

The staff at "Sleeping In" is a true asset to the establishment. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team went above and beyond to make me feel valued and comfortable. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to the experience, making it clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority.

The amenities provided by "Sleeping In" further elevate the overall experience. The spa facilities are exceptional, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments that provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Additionally, the on-site restaurant serves delectable dishes crafted with fresh, local ingredients, providing a culinary experience that perfectly complements the serene ambiance of the establishment.

One highlight of my stay was the picturesque surroundings of "Sleeping In." Nestled in a tranquil setting, the views from the property are breathtaking. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the outdoor terrace or taking a leisurely stroll through the well-maintained grounds, the natural beauty surrounding "Sleeping In" adds an extra layer of serenity to the overall experience.

In conclusion, "Sleeping In" is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that offers a blissful retreat from the ordinary. The combination of exceptional accommodations, attentive service, and a serene environment make it a top choice for those seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend "Sleeping In" to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable...

Just checked in an so far I've been incredibly disappointed. My boss booked me here for a business trip, and from experiences at other Sleep Inn's, I was expecting SO much more. On arrival, the exterior looked a little suspect, and the outdoor pool looked like a cesspool. Since they have an indoor pool (more on that in a moment) and no longer use it, I overlooked it. As I was checking in, the front desk clerk looked at my I.D. and made a rude joke about how I had gained a lot of weight. When I snapped back and said, "I know I'm fat." he tried to back pedal and call himself fat. I was not amused. On the way up the elevator, someone had scribbled "South Side" on the elevator panel, which made me wonder about the safety of the location. I get into my room, which seemed fine on first glance. However, the sliding bathroom door is extremely crooked until you close it. The paint and Spackle from where they remodeled the room was sloppy. It is on the bathroom floor and shower. The room also had an off, musty smell to it. The shower literally has one tiny shelf that only fits one bottle of shampoo. I decided to try and go for a swim, but the indoor pool was unfit to swim in. The water was a bit cloudy, and it looked like algae was forming on the bottom of the pool, and in a certain angle from the light, you could see dirt and other stuff like hair floating on the top of the pool. I got back up to my room, and decided to call the front desk to voice my complaints, except my room phone didn't work! So I went down to the front desk to tell them about my problems, except they were nowhere to be found. WHAT. A. JOKE! If you can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am stuck here since the reservation was made by my employer, but you have the power to steer clear of this carnival sideshow! I haven't had an opportunity to try their breakfast, and I'm not sure I even want to. I'm letting my boss know so that he doesn't book...

I stay at this hotel at least once every winter season for work purposes and have for several years. It seems to me that it is declining more and more year after year which is very surprising to me as compared to a really nice Sleep Inn I have stayed at in Milwaukee. This hotel is seeming more like a Motel 6 although I do understand this is not a high end chain. The room seemed drab and carpets looked worn. The lamp shades looked stained and not even properly fastened to the fixture. The floor was wet around the base of the toilet and the door to the shower allowed water to seep onto the floor as there was a large gap around the edge of the shower door. One side of grill of the ac unit was coming apart. The remote would not work on the tv. There was coffee provided for the in room coffee pot, but the holder/basket was missing that actually hold the coffee filter/grounds for the unit. The paint in the room looked drab and the caulking around the shower etc looked very shabby. Basically these rooms need to be updated and re- carpeted and revived. Everything just seemed really unfresh and no mind paid to details. My stay was paid for by my company or I would personally go to the Holiday Inn around the corner based on my analysis. The owners need to step up their game before this hotel slips down the drain all together. If you can't invest in keeping a nice establishment than you don't need to run it. A nice, clean, & comfortable home away from home is important to many of us and we do notice the flaws. My room was located on the ground floor. I hope if I stay here again things improve so I do not have to proceed to informing the corporation that owns the franchise. This is not the sort of establishment I would expect of a Sleep Inn hotel. Very disappointed ☹

Ok, as of 2021 things have improved in my opinion. I had a much better experience this...
