This is not directed at the customer service from the USVI Liberty Mobile stores nor the ones in Puerto Rico, but the horrible phone costumer service from South America Colombia. I was told by one of their representatives when I asked them why aren't we talking to puerto rico customer service instead of them and I was told that they were hired by Liberty de Puerto Rico because they didn't know how to handle certain aspects of customer service after the migration from AT&T to now Liberty. This so called phone service from Colombia in South America is pure garbage. Every time you call u get a different answer with the same question and different bill amounts and our concerns are never solved and all they do is give u the run around. This is the reason why Liberty Mobile will continue losing customers until they fire that horrible company that is nothing but a headache with absolutely no help whatsoever. We want to take to ppl who actually know English when we call not have a hard time being understood by them or us trying to understand half the things they are trying to say in English and on top of that they never answer none of your concerns. That's the real issue here. Like why on earth would u hire a phone company to deal with Liberty Mobile customers in the Caribbean when they are in a whole other country. Why would they trust that an non American country much less South American country gon do anything good for anyone that is related to USA or anyone for that matter. I was trying to get an unlock code for my iPhone and they keep denying me that, all because according to their mumbo jombo, that phone was financed when that was a whole new phone that was offered in order to upgrade because of compatibility issues, which means it was free, so now I can't even get it connected to T-Mobile. Liberty de Puerto Rico company gon regret this move because this phone company they hired are the reason, cause, and effect for why ppl want nothing to do with Liberty Mobile now. Now T-Mobile getting more business cause everybody transferring there. This is sad. I hope the owner of Liberty reads these reviews so they can see their big mistake. Cause if you bought Liberty Mobile then they should have been able to handle what came with this migration. AT&T was better for 85% of the time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a phone from here full price and I found out that they sold me a damaged phone. A week later my flashlight stop working. My bacc camera stopped working and I couldnāt be on videocall for no more than 1 minute at most before the phone would say itās too hot to use. Mind you, I never damaged the phone at all, it never fell or dropped in water or anything of that manner. When I finally got time away from my job to go to this store , so I could report this inconvenience. They told me that they would have to take my phone for a week or more and send it to Apple in order to fix the issue of the overheating. INCONVENIENCE. I donāt understand why they couldnāt just take the damaged phone that they sold me and replace it with another phone that they have in the bacc. š I know they have more phones they could have just took the phone bacc instead of wanting me to pay money to fix a broken phone that they sold me. Real Cetcha Man! Now I called Apple and AT&T Support Team and NO ONE can help me. NO ONE! So I paid full price for a damaged phone (UNKNOWINGLY) and now No one is going to fix this phone and they refuse to give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe wait at all ATT stores in the Virgin Islands since the storms of 2017 falls exceedingly short of what should be expected of a company of significant size and resources. Patrons regularly endure extended waits of 30 minutes or more to speak with a customer service representative.
The company also closes these stores in advance of it's posted close time. Sales representatives have given me random close times of 3 and 4pm when the store posted closing time states 530. I recommend arriving at these stores by 3pm until the situation improves.
On the positive side of things, the majority of employees are service oriented and willing to address patron needs as quickly as they can. ATT is also the most reliable mobile network in the territory. The reliability of the network has created substantive customer demand.
I suggest arriving early and being patient with...
