China Jade Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Saint Croix

The older lady there is prompt and attentative. She definitely has an entrepreneurial mind and serves to please her customers. I gladly go here every time I crave chinese food. I went to a different chinese restaurant once and had a horrible experience where it took 50 minutes to get my food--a simple order too! I'll never go to any other chinese restaurant again, and I just really appreciate how the lady there can get me in and out without any inconvenience. The only recommendation I would have is for her to consider accepting credit/debit cards, especially with all the out of town workers near her place. Get a square terminal or something--she's losing a lot of business by being cash only. Other than that, her customer service is among the best I have seen on this island so far. At first the first few times i came it wasn’t to bad which was a couple years back i decided to come here to taste there food and see if its still decent and boy was i wrong.. i ordered chow main and bbq ribs and also some general tso chicken as my second protein the ribs were so tuff almost jerky like i tried to keep my composure but yall that general tso chicken tasted absolutely disgusting and old it tasted like the smell of a dead rat if you know what i mean and i was extremely upset because i hate people playing with my food never again and they also only have veggie egg rolls and the service is horrible thank...

BIG MISTAKE! 1-no wonton soup even though shown online, 2-order price was $5 more than online stated-$38 for Szechuan Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, “Chicken Noodle” soup, 3-ordered a combo meal that included fried rice, egg roll and soup but when I got home there was none. 4-When I called they said they don’t do the combo any longer. Their explanation was that “people know not to order online.” 4-even though I ordered 1hr 45mins in advance I still waited 20 mins for my order 5-chicken was “eh”, the rice was bland at best the soup was bad....
